I was just a young lad when I knew Chris and Cleo. I was only very recently talking to my Mum about the time they took me searching for crayfish at their lake. We opened a couple of traps and I distinctly remember Chris showing me how to hold one whilst avoiding being snipped by a claw! It’s a small and simple memory but one of my most treasured and Chris’ kindness to me on that day just sums up his stellar character.
